Added your data to http://wiki.x.org/wiki/RadeonProgram . Your chipset is in
the r500 column.

My guess on Guild Wars and most of the Steam/Source games is that they need
GLSL, although I'm not certain.

Are there any warnings, fallbacks, or errors in the console output?

Also are you sure that Wine is loading OpenGL correctly?
