ok - it looks like the new xrandr command should have been put into .xinitrc so
the displays are configured before my window manager is started so it gets its
configuration correctly - changing the xrandr setup this way while it's running
didn't worked... now having it in .xinitrc before the WM starts it's ok.

changing it to FIXED
