Redo modeline pool before mode validation for CRT monitors

Call xf86SetDDCproperties() before calling xf86ValidateMode() for mode
validation
for CRT monitors. xf86SetDDCproperties() will create a new modeline pool that
includes modes from EDID data and default modes.
