</div>The protocol specification just says "unused", and I also did not see<br>
any note that unused values should be zero.<br></blockquote><div style><br></div><div style>Right, so for 1.0 clients we just totally ignore those two and assume they're garbage; for 1.1 clients they must be valid according to the new spec.</div>
