I dropped the "Version 11, Releases 7.6" legacy markup.<BR>

I have added "libXi Version 1.5.0" (whatever comes from configure.ac)<BR>

I have added pubdate using the <TT><I>date "+%B %Y"</I></TT> format e.g. "October 2011" to reflect the time at which the code was versioned and released as tarballs.<BR>
