I think the issue has been resolved with the new series I have posted and Dan<BR>
has acknowledged the patches.<BR>

I just have to write a more intelligent commit message as I just dumped<BR>
the README in there, which was lazyness.<BR>

The of it is that by using -x has Dan suggested, we can use a real customization<BR>
layer like the rest of the world does rather than a hacked-up xmlto fragment.<BR>
Our customization layer will always be local on disk and import the docbook xsl<BR>
using the xml catalog.<BR>

Should we ever need to drop xmlto in favor of xsltproc for one or more formats,<BR>
we do not need to change our customization xsl.<BR>
