There is also "links" and "lynx". I checked that all platforms have w3m. As a backup plan, I can<BR>
add a macro to select one of the 3 in the unlikely event w3m is not available and someone<BR>
has no other way of building docbook in text format.<BR>

This is a nice way of turning off w3m for those who have it but do not wish to use it.<BR>
We had a few complaints about w3m being used under the cover by xmlto.<BR>

In any case, the work will be done by the macro and not in everyone of our modules.
