So far I have Reviewed-by: tags from Rémi for the first two, and Dan for the
third, but unless I missed it, don't have any for the last two. (While Rémi
said "for the series", I assumed that didn't include for patches sent or
revised later.)
Does anyone want to offer their *-by: tags for any of these before I request

I pulled the patches and build them. The first patch introduced an unused macro, XORG_ENABLE_DEVEL_DOCS.<BR>
It was proposed in a patch series that was not accepted by the maintainer.<BR>
