It originated  from fixing build related bugs here and there. Patterns emerged and opportunities for enhancements were pursued. The domain of the changes are the modules configuration and packaging, no C code change and no impact on object code of any kind. Some of the work involved completing enhancements designed by others, but unfinished due to the volume. Other work originates from new ideas or simply fixing inconsistencies and warnings. These bug/enhancement reports are used for all xorg modules, not specifically for xserver. </BODY> </HTML>
