[PATCH] saa: Adapt to GC client clip changes in xserver 1.17

Hi,

Sorry for the late response. Best is to send to
linux-graphics-maintainer at vmware.com as listed in the
xorg maintainer info.

The change looks good to me. I just need to run it through our
compile-testing-tool
