[PATCH xf86-input-synaptics v4 00/10] ClickPad support

Change since v3:
* Disable ClickPad support unless a physical right button is present. This
ensures we don't disable click action support, which many people rely on.
Hopefully we can revert this change once we figure out a way to enable
ClickPad and click action support at the same time.
* When ClickPad is enabled, click actions are disabled by setting the property
values to 0. This ensures transparency for the user, and allows the user to
override if they really want to.
* Multiple soft button implementation fixes from review of previous patch.
Note that due to changes in patches, all of these patches need new Reviewed-by
tags.
