Can you specify which platforms you know of are using which tools?

I am guessing that BSD systems are using Berkley yacc (byacc) and lex.

I'd like to update the wiki with more information as this question comes
up every now and then. I just want to document, not to challenge :-)

I found this table interesting to know which tool is under which license.
