[PATCH] XI 2.1 confine_to and raw event patches

These are the patches that I'd still like to get into 1.11. XI 2.1 won't
have multitouch support (not ready yet) but it will instead have two minor
additions that are otherwise useful.

One has been on the list a few times: raw events are sent regardless of the
button grab state.

The other one is Philipp's confine_to addition to XI2 grabs.

Patches above are for inputproto, libXi and xserver, with most of the
xserver patches being cleanups for the raw event support. Those patches have
been on the list already.

The confine_to part is not very intrusive, we already have everything in
place from core grabs.
