[PATCH inputproto multitouch 00/13] minor fixes for Chase' tree

These are just a few minor fixes addressed that I found when reading through
the protocol. Note that again I didn't read through the patches but through
the whole document as-is to get a better impression of the whole picture. 
IMO it looks good now except for the resumed/cancelled issue pointed out in
the other email. This patchset here should be fairly uncontroversial.

There are still a few spots where I'd like some rewording but that doesn't
change the protocol as such.
