I have pushed the one I said I would. As for the others, I was under the
impression you would
repost the remaining patches. Include any review tags you may have
received. The last issue I recall is that
the patches were bash specific and not as portable as sh. I also had
noted there were too many changes
in one patch.

It would be easier for reviewers if you posted a new series in sequence
that runs under /bin/sh and
incorporated feedback from previous review.
