Mikhail Gusarov (4):
      Nuke RCS tags
      unifdef FONTENC_NO_LIBFONT
      Expand xalloc/xrealloc/xfree macros
      Nuke unnecessary casts

Unlike libXdmcp changes, those are purely syntactic: libfontenc did not
use Xalloc/Xfree/Xrealloc from Xlib or X server at all, but kept some
syntactic cruft from the past.
