[PATCH] Clarify help strings for disabled features in configure

Twas brillig at 13:46:27 13.04.2010 UTC-05 when
yselkowitz at users.sourceforge.net did gyre and gimble:

 Y> Features which are disabled by default use the --enable-* syntax to show
 Y> how they need to be passed to override the default.
