libX11 and xcb

Solaris 10 and older are still X11R6 libX11, so no xcb in them.
For OpenSolaris and the next Solaris release, we're getting ready to
turn --with-xcb on soon, in the development cycle for the next release,
now that our spring distro release has branched.
