Hrm. I didn't realize that the dixLookupResource fixes weren't already
in 1.6. I'm afraid we'd need an ABI kludge to preserve this symbol for
drivers that happen to be using it though.

sure; makes sense to allow people to remove an unneeded dependency on
small systems.
