    Ansification and compile warning fixes.
    
      This also uses XORG_CHANGELOG and XORG_CWARNFLAGS, corrects
    make distcheck and all gcc 4.3 and sparse warnings.
      Note that "ico" appears to be broken, and only work with the
    -r option, that causes it to not use XThreads, and only draw in
    the root screen (with "-threads 1" option, the default, it
    still use XThreads).
