[ANNOUNCE] xmh 1.0.3

The xmh program provides an Xaw-based graphical user interface to the
MH Message Handling System.

This version continues the tradition of only releasing once every 5 years,
with the latest set of build configuration & documentation improvements.

      configure: Drop AM_MAINTAINER_MODE
      autogen.sh: Honor NOCONFIGURE=1

Daphne Pfister (1):
      Fixes misplaced shortcut in man page: #89003

Eric S. Raymond (1):
      Don't rely on the ability to set tan stops.  Use tables instead.

Gaetan Nadon (5):
      config: replace deprecated AC_HELP_STRING with AS_HELP_STRING
      config: replace deprecated AM_CONFIG_HEADER with AC_CONFIG_HEADERS
      man: remove trailing spaces and tabs
      man: replace hard coded man page section with substitution strings
      config: move man pages into their own directory
