XDS 2010 approaching

XDS is approaching. It will start in approximately 3 weeks. 

Firstly, if you are on the Attendees list, marked as 'tentative',
please update your status asap.

Also if you haven't booked your travel or hotel yet, it's time to take
care of it. Details on the main wiki page:

Here are some practical informations:

- if you arrive on Wednesday 15, there will be a booth in a bar
  in the surroundings of the conference venue so that you can meet
  other attendees and plan for drinks/dinner together.

- there will be a social event in the form of a dinner in a restaurant
  downtown, probably on Friday the 17th. If you intend to come with
  your spouse/husband/friend who is not on the Attendees list, or if
  you don't plan to attend please tell me asap.

- if you have specific food constraints for the social event, also
  tell me asap.
